Role narrative

GRH's official executive and trustee pages checked August 9, 2026 list Jeremy P. Davis as President/CEO and a voting trustee. The reviewed Oregon registry snapshot also lists him as registered agent for Grande Ronde Hospital, Inc., the Grande Ronde Hospital Foundation, and Grande Ronde Hospital Auxiliary -- three nonprofits at 900 Sunset Drive, La Grande.

GRH's FY2024 Form 990 reports Davis's total compensation at $491,012, composed of a $375,955 base, $63,816 bonus, $16,500 deferred compensation (403(b) match), and $34,741 in benefits. Six GRH physicians out-earned him, with the highest-paid physician (Arie Trouw) receiving $970,458.

Davis represents GRH on the board of the Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization (EOCCO), the CCO that administers Oregon Health Plan benefits across 12 Eastern Oregon counties. GRH holds a 10 percent ownership interest in EOCCO. In the December 2023 EOCCO board meeting documented in WAVE 61 findings, Davis stated on the record that he did not believe a conflict of interest existed on the Summit Health Plan surplus note despite EOCCO owners being SHP owners; the board then voted to find no conflict.

In January 2026 Davis was announced as Chair-Elect of the Hospital Association of Oregon, and in prior years was named to Becker's list of Critical Access Hospital CEOs to Know in 2019, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
