Tax-deductibility: Valor Investigations is organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit under Oregon law. The IRS 501(c)(3) application was filed on March 11, 2026 and is currently pending a determination letter.
Per IRS guidance, when the determination letter is issued, tax-exempt status is generally effective retroactively to the date of formation. Contributions made before the determination letter are treated as deductible upon approval. Please consult your tax advisor.
No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions. Every receipt we send includes our EIN, the donation amount and date, and the required IRS Publication 1771 language.
